Dr. med. Jürgen Reese

Managing senior physician

Dr. med. Jürgen Reese completed his medical studies at the Ruhr-Universität-Bochum and the McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada.

After spending his military service period as a surgeon major and working as an assistant physician, he completed his specialization in ophthalmology and his doctorate in 1992.

From 1992 to 1997 he worked as a senior physician in the department for retinal und vitreous disorders at the eye clinic in the Evangelische- und Johanniter-Klinikum, Duisburg. After practicing as a panel doctor, he acquired additional qualifications in the field of refractive and laser surgery and returned to the eye clinic.

He now works as the managing senior physician at the Klinik für Refraktive und Ophthalmo-Chirurgie.
